MEET SARAH, OUR FOUNDER
Sarah has over 20+ years of experience working in Human Resources where 6+ years were focused as a HR Consultant, successfully assisting clients with all their HR needs. Sarah has experience supporting a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, transportation and logistics, financial services, insurance, information technology & SaaS, construction, retail, pharmaceutical, talent sourcing, mining, wireless communications, non-profit, and hospitality industries.

These experiences enabled her to hone her skills as a strategic business advisor to clients, cultivating employee engagement and developing innovative practices to drive HR best practices for the business. Sarah has an ability to see the big picture, include the “human” element of any decision, and drive the business forward with calculated actions ensuring results.

Sarah has extensive experience in complex employee relations issues, change management initiatives including organizational redesign, restructuring, and major transformations, workplace investigations, compensation, program and policy development, training and facilitation, talent acquisition, employee engagement strategies, and performance management.

Sarah obtained an Honours B.A. degree from Queen’s University and furthered her education with a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. Sarah is continuing her professional growth by studying Strategic Coaching to bring this valuable skillset to her clients.
